CSHUBB is a customer success platform. This connector lets people in a CSHUBB Growth workspace ask Claude about their own accounts in plain language. It exposes five read-only tools: list accounts with health, ARR and renewal days; get one account's health detail and stakeholders; list renewals due in the next 1 to 180 days; list at-risk accounts; and list recent NPS responses with a promoter and detractor summary. Each person signs in with their own CSHUBB login and approves a consent screen. The connector sees only what that person can see in CSHUBB, and workspaces are isolated from each other. Read-only access is enforced in the database, not only in the connector. A workspace admin can turn the feature off, see every connection and revoke any person instantly. What it does not do: it cannot create or change anything, it does not cover playbooks, emails, meetings or the knowledge base, and renewal dates that a workspace overrides with a custom field are not reflected. Customer written text such as survey comments is returned labelled as data. Requirements: a CSHUBB Growth plan (10,000 tool calls per billing period included, 500 calls during the free trial, extra packs available). Starter does not include it.
