D3 IoT
D3 Cloud monitors energy, gas, water and heat across commercial and residential buildings. This connector lets you ask about your own estate in plain language, using the data your D3 Cloud account can already see. Ask which sites and meters you have, what each is using month by month or hour by hour, the half-hourly shape behind a bill, and which meters have stopped reporting. Compare electricity, gas, water and heat side by side, or rank sites by consumption over a period. If you use D3 Bureau Services it also covers the commercial side: your supply contracts and rates, the invoices received against them, and the validation checks run on each, including what passed, what failed and the difference identified. If you run tenant billing through D3, client administrators can ask about invoices, contracts, payments received and arrears, and get a time-limited link to download an invoice PDF. Three things are true of every answer. It is read-only. No tool here writes, at any permission level. It cannot raise an invoice, alter a contract, take a payment, change a meter record or modify a setting. It sees exactly what your login sees. Permissions are re-checked on every request rather than stored when you connect, so a connection cannot outlast or exceed the access of whoever created it. It never returns payment details: not card numbers or any part of them, not expiry dates, not sort codes, account numbers or mandate references. It can say that a direct debit or card is held on file, and nothing about it. Figures carry their own qualifications, so estimated days, part months and meters that were not counted are reported alongside the numbers rather than folded into them quietly. The finest resolution offered is 30 minutes. Requires a D3 Cloud account. Bureau and tenant billing are separate modules and appear only if your organisation uses them and your permissions reach them.
