Dalekta connects ad and landing-page traffic to WhatsApp conversations, qualified leads, closings and revenue, and sends conversion events back to the ad platforms. This connector lets Claude read one Dalekta workspace so you can ask about it in plain language. What Claude can read (read-only): - Workspace: name, timezone, currency and data counts - Leads: list and detail with campaign, ad set, ad, UTM values, status, assigned sales and closing value - Reports: period totals, the funnel from landing-page visit to closing, and campaign performance - Conversion delivery: how events reached the ad platforms, and which are pending or failed with the platform's reason - WhatsApp chat text with a lead, only when the workspace owner allows it and only for the sessions they choose Example questions: "Which campaign brought the most closings this month?", "Show the 10 newest leads and their status", "Summarise the chat with this lead", "Did any conversion events fail, and why?" How it works: a workspace owner or admin signs in to Dalekta from Claude, picks one workspace and ticks what Claude may read. Chat access is off by default. The connection cannot change data, move a lead's stage or send messages, and it can be ended at any time in Dalekta under API & Webhook. Dates are read as calendar days in WIB (UTC+7). Requirements: a Dalekta workspace on Signal Pro, Signal Max or Enterprise Custom with an active subscription, and the owner or admin role in that workspace.
