With more than 50 tools, Claude can find and explain your duplicates, merge them safely, verify and enrich records, and set up the automations that keep your data clean. What you can do - Duplicates: browse duplicate groups with match scores, get a field-by-field explanation of why records matched, and check new records against your Salesforce data before they're created. - Merge, convert and undo: merge one group or every group above the confidence level you choose, convert matched Leads, and undo or roll back a merge. - Source tracing: find which imports, integrations, Web-to-Lead forms or users create your duplicates. - Data health: get completeness, duplicate rate, and verification and enrichment coverage for each object and field. - Verify and enrich: verify email addresses, phone numbers, postal addresses and website URLs, and enrich records, applying only the fields you pick. - Automation: run or schedule jobs, workflows and mass actions, and review each run. - Configuration (account admins): draft rules, data quality models and enrichment plans in plain text. Nothing is saved until you approve it. Safety and governance Every call runs as your DataGroomr user and role. Admins choose which tools each server offers, starting from Read only, and can pause or revoke servers and connections at any time. Tools that change data are marked as needing your approval, and every call is logged. Data disclosure Tools that return records send their field values, including email addresses, to Claude. Verification and enrichment send the values being checked to DataGroomr's providers and use credits.
