Docix
Docix is the bookkeeping and invoicing app of French small businesses and their accountants. This connector lets Claude work in your Docix account, with your own permissions and only on the companies you choose. What you can ask Claude: - Bank reconciliation: list the bank transactions that still lack a receipt, find the matching invoice, reconcile them, or classify movements that never have one (bank fees, VAT, social contributions, internal transfers). - Purchases: search receipts and supplier invoices, open their file, fix a badly read amount, classify them by account, spot and resolve duplicates, upload a new receipt. - Sales: create customers, prepare quotes and invoices, turn an accepted quote into an invoice, issue and send invoices, issue credit notes, list unpaid invoices and send payment reminders. - Reporting: financial summary, VAT summary, trial balance, top customers and suppliers, upcoming tax deadlines, and the French FEC export for the accountant. Safety by design: - OAuth sign-in on Docix, where you pick the companies Claude may access. A read-only member stays read-only. - Every sensitive action (issuing or sending an invoice, reconciling, classifying, deleting, correcting amounts) first returns a summary and waits for your explicit yes in the conversation. - Issued invoices are never edited or deleted: French law requires a credit note, and Docix enforces it. - Every action is logged in Docix, and you can disconnect Claude at any time in Docix settings. Docix is in French and follows French accounting and invoicing rules (PCG chart of accounts, VAT, FEC, e-invoicing). A Docix account is required.
