Donna AI® is the matter-centric legal OS for law firms: every matter, its tasks, deadlines, hearings and documents in one system. With this connector, Claude can answer questions from your Donna AI® workspace, such as "What's due on the Tan matter this week?", "List my open matters" or "Which documents are on the Tan matter?". What Claude can read: - The matters you can see, with their clients, status and next steps - Deadlines, hearings and tasks due soon - The names of your matters' documents Coming soon: document text (with personal details such as identity numbers, emails, phone numbers and addresses replaced) and matter chronologies. What Claude can't do: change, add or delete anything; send emails or messages; see billing, time entries, fee notes, chats, drafts or transcripts; or download your files. Claude sees only what you can already see in Donna AI®. Firm owners and admins can switch AI tools off for their firm at any time, and each read is recorded in Donna's audit log. You need a Donna AI® account on a paid plan or the 14-day firm trial, or membership of a firm whose plan is active.
