DwellDelta
DwellDelta gives Claude sourced figures on Australian rents and housing, from public government data. Each answer states its period, its source and licence, and the limits of the figure. Six read-only tools: - Rent check: compares a weekly rent, and any proposed new rent, with how the ABS rents index for the tenant's capital city has moved since the lease began. - Rents by area: the median weekly rent of new bonds by postcode or council in NSW, by suburb or council in Queensland, and by locality in Western Australia. For NSW and Queensland, also by dwelling type and bedrooms. - Victorian rents: the median weekly rent of new leases for 146 suburb groups and 13 regions, from Homes Victoria's Rental Report. - NSW sale prices: median sale prices by postcode or council, for all dwellings, houses and units, from the NSW Department of Communities and Justice. - Market indicators: the RBA cash rate, unemployment, wage growth, capital-city rents, housing lending, lending standards and arrears, and dwelling approvals and completions. - Data sources: the sources, their licences, and what DwellDelta cannot answer. For AI agents and people researching Australian rents and housing data. Free, with no account and no sign-in. The tools only read published data: none changes anything, and none sends anything about the user anywhere. What it is not: no figure is for one home. There are no valuations, asking prices, individual sales or forecasts, and DwellDelta is not a valuation tool. The figures are medians and indexes, mostly quarterly, and run months behind the market. Information, not advice. DwellDelta is a service of Xcelerent Pty Ltd · ABN 14 701 983 995.
