eGrow is an e-commerce CRM for online stores. This connector lets Claude work with your eGrow account: orders, customers, products, order pipelines and analytics. Orders: search orders the same way as in the eGrow app (name, phone, order or tracking number); open full order details; create orders; update stage, notes, addresses, assigned agents and line items; move all orders from one stage to another; find and merge duplicate orders; get order and confirmation stats; list your pipelines and their stages. Customers: search customers; view profiles with addresses, groups and risk profile; create and update customers and their addresses; add customers to groups; blacklist or unblacklist customers; find, flag and merge duplicates. Products: search products, variants and categories; view full product details; create and update products. Analytics: dashboard metrics (revenue, top products, top cities, shipping partners), order, confirmation, shipping and agent reports over any date range, and UTM campaign performance. For anything the built-in tools don't cover, Claude can run read-only GraphQL queries and audited GraphQL mutations against the eGrow API. You sign in with your eGrow account. Every call runs with your own permissions and only sees your account's data. Tools that change data are marked destructive, so Claude asks for your approval before running them.
