Elfsight AI Chatbot is a chat assistant on your website, trained on your own content. Connect your Elfsight account to work with your chatbot's data in plain language instead of exporting reports. - Review conversations: search the chats website visitors had with your chatbot by text, period, status or topic, and read a full dialog. - Follow up on leads: see who left contact details and what they asked about. - Measure results: chats, messages, AI replies, handled time and leads for the last 7, 30 or 90 days, with the change against the previous period. - Search the knowledge base: find what your chatbot knows about a topic. - Fix knowledge gaps: list questions the chatbot could not answer and add a verified answer to its knowledge base. Access is limited to the AI Chatbot widgets of the Elfsight account you sign in with. Lead contact fields are masked by default; message text is returned as visitors wrote it. Only one tool writes data: it adds a question and answer to the knowledge base and never edits or deletes existing entries. Requires an Elfsight account with at least one AI Chatbot widget.
