Ellie brings Elevate Leadership's coaching library into Claude. Describe what is going on with your team in your own words, and Ellie finds the Elevate class that covers it, returns its transcript, and links to the full class. The library holds 64 recorded classes from the program Elevate's coaches teach managers at every level: giving feedback, difficult conversations, running one-to-ones, setting expectations, accountability, managing change and more. Use it when you are preparing for a 1:1, about to give hard feedback, working with someone who is underperforming, or managing people who used to be your peers. Claude writes the answer from Elevate's material, so what you get is Elevate's approach to your situation. When the library does not cover a question, Ellie says so instead of offering the nearest match. Ellie has one read-only tool. Claude sends it a short search query written from your question, and nothing else: it never sees your other conversations, your files or anything Claude remembers about you. Ellie does not save the query. Ellie is a paid subscription, sold in the US for now. Elevate Leadership staff sign in with their work email and need no subscription.
