EmployIA is a French platform of specialised AI employees for small businesses, freelancers and families: a quoting assistant, a sales assistant, a meeting-notes assistant, a planning assistant and 40+ other roles. Each employee works from the documents of its workspace (price lists, FAQs, procedures) and has real tools: it creates PDF, Word and Excel files, searches and reads the web, prepares e-mails and runs scheduled missions on its own. With this connector, Claude manages the user's EmployIA workspace on their behalf: - see the workspace: plan, remaining credits, employees, files, documents, missions and activity log; - hire an employee from 47 templates or a custom profile, edit it, pause or resume it; - assign a task to an employee and get back its answer, the files it produced and the e-mails it prepared; - add or remove knowledge documents, read generated files; - create, edit, pause or delete scheduled missions (results are e-mailed to the account owner); - send or reject e-mails waiting for approval: nothing is sent without an explicit user action. Access is granted through OAuth and can be revoked at any time in EmployIA > Applications. Each account only ever sees its own workspace. No payment, subscription change or money transfer is possible through the connector. Tasks use the same monthly credits as the web app (50 free credits per month). Employees answer in French by default.
