EnforcedFlow routes incoming work (leads, emails, requests) to the right person on your team. Each routing group holds your agents and the rules that pick one: round robin, US territories, languages or skills, working hours in each agent's timezone, weighted shares, or an AI model that reads the lead's text and picks a category. This connector lets Claude set up and run your EnforcedFlow account with you. Describe how leads should be routed in plain words, and Claude plans the routing group, shows you the setup, and creates it once you say yes. It can add and update agents, turn agents on and off, turn a territory written as text into zip codes, cities, counties and states, and preview which agent would get a given lead before anything goes live. When you're ready to connect a lead source, it walks you through the REST API, inbound email, Zapier, Make or n8n for that group. Claude acts as you, with the same access you have in the EnforcedFlow dashboard. Deleting anything always needs your explicit confirmation. You can end Claude's access at any time from your EnforcedFlow profile. You need an EnforcedFlow account. New accounts start with a 14-day trial, and the Free Plan keeps working after it.
