Equitest is a business valuation platform used by appraisers, CFOs, M&A advisors and accountants to value private and public companies with 18+ methods (DCF, multiples, comparable transactions, SDE, asset-based, VC method and more). The Equitest connector lets Claude read the numbers Equitest has already computed in your account, so answers are based on your actual valuation work rather than estimates: • Your valuations — list the companies you valued, including those teammates shared with you, and open any of them by company name. • Valuation results — every method's value, range, weight and discount for lack of marketability, the weighted indication, and the key DCF and multiples assumptions, with links to the full report and to the focused reports (Health Check, Financial Due Diligence, Credit Review, LBO and others). • Financial statements — profit & loss and balance sheet by year, with EBITDA and margins. • Industry benchmarks — Damodaran (NYU Stern) ratios by NAICS subsector: EV/EBITDA, EV/EBIT, liquidity, coverage, leverage, margins, ROE and ROA. • M&A comparable transactions — search Equitest's curated deals database by industry, country, date and size, with EV/Revenue and EV/EBITDA quartiles (Professional and Enterprise plans). Typical uses: drafting a board or investor memo from a valuation, comparing a company's margins with its industry, finding transaction multiples for a sector, and reviewing several valuations at once. The connector is read-only: Claude cannot create, change or delete anything in Equitest. You sign in with your Equitest account and choose on the consent screen whether Claude may read your valuations. It is included in Equitest Starter, Professional and Enterprise subscriptions and uses no credits.
