eResource Scheduler (eRS) is resource management and scheduling software built for project-driven professional services firms with 100 to 5,000 people, including engineering, AEC, consulting, and accounting & audit firms that need enterprise-grade resource scheduling. Firms use eRS to schedule people across projects, track requirements and bookings, manage timesheets & approvals, and report on utilization, capacity, cost, and revenue. An eResource Scheduler account is required to connect. Once connected, you can access and work with eResource Scheduler simply by asking. A few things you can ask: Build a custom report or dashboard for schedule, utilization, forecasting, and more Who’s free or overallocated next week? Who’s booked on a project, and how does that compare with remaining demand? What do utilization, capacity, cost, and revenue look like for a given date range? Which timesheets are waiting for approval? With permission, Claude can also act on what it finds by creating or updating projects, resources, bookings, requirements, tags, and timesheets, including bulk edits and booking date changes. Claude only sees and changes what the signed-in user is already permitted to access in eRS. Deletes and other destructive actions require confirmation before changes are made to live data.
