EstiMate turns your team's gut feeling into a defensible hour total for software projects. Instead of guessing hours for every task, two to four estimators independently rate each work package on a relative complexity scale. One carefully estimated "Overseeable" work package then anchors the scale to real hours, and EstiMate calculates the project total, including testing and documentation. With this connector, Claude runs the estimation with you: - Turn a brief or requirements document into a project with clear, independently estimable work packages - Invite colleagues as estimators and follow their progress - Estimate the project itself as your company's AI user: an extra, independent voice that rates every work package with an explanation before it may see the human ratings - Compare the ratings side by side, spot where estimators disagree, and propose final complexities with an explanation - Set the hour anchor and finalize the estimation once you confirm Claude acts as you: it sees and changes only what your role allows, and never estimates on behalf of a person. Actions that cannot be undone, such as inviting the first estimator (which locks the scope), deleting, closing invitations and finalizing, are marked destructive so Claude asks before it runs them. You approve the connection in EstiMate with OAuth and can disconnect it at any time. Requirements: an EstiMate company account. Company owners, admins, project managers and team leads can connect; estimators work through the personal link in their invitation. Data is stored in the EU (Frankfurt).
