EvalyMe
EvalyMe gives Claude a published, versioned valuation model for small software and internet businesses, so you get the same answer every time instead of a number improvised in the conversation. Value a business you run: give Claude your revenue model, MRR, churn, growth and months live, and EvalyMe returns a valuation range and midpoint, the implied ARR multiple, a 0–100 investor score with its six weighted factors, a business archetype, and the three improvements that would move the score most. Check a listing before you buy: paste an Acquire.com, Flippa or broker listing and Claude passes the figures it states. EvalyMe reports whether the asking price is below, within or above the model range, the asking price as a multiple of ARR and profit, and how far it sits from the midpoint. Yearly growth and annual churn are converted to monthly rates, and any figure the listing leaves out gets a documented neutral default. Every result names the engine version, the exact inputs used, and every value EvalyMe assumed, derived or capped, so Claude can explain and cite how the number was produced. A third tool returns the full methodology: base multiples, factor caps, score weights and archetype rules. No account or API key is needed, and EvalyMe does not store the figures sent to it. Each result includes a link to open the estimate in the EvalyMe app if you want to save and track it. Results are directional estimates, not appraisals or investment advice.
