ExerciseBank is a library of 1,492 exercises filmed with real people in one studio, each with a looping video, a start and end still, coaching cues, the muscles it works, the joints it loads, and its name in English and French. Connected to Claude, it lets you plan workouts from exercises that exist: Claude searches by muscle, equipment you have, movement pattern, difficulty and joints to avoid, finds substitutes ranked by coaches with the reason for each swap, and shows the chosen exercises in a card where each video plays. A free ExerciseBank account, created while you connect, gives every exercise's data and the video for 50 sample exercises. ExerciseBank Solo plays every video.
