Built for small businesses that use Fast Response AI, the AI receptionist and business phone that answers calls, texts and chats on your business number and keeps every conversation and contact in one place. Main purpose: catch up on what callers and customers said, and act on it, without leaving Claude. Ask about your business in plain English: - Catch up on any period: calls, texts and chats, missed calls, and who is still waiting on a reply. - Search what callers and customers said, across call transcripts, call summaries, texts and chats. - Open one call in detail: summary, outcome, key facts and suggested follow-ups, and the transcript on request. - Find contacts, see their notes, tasks and recent activity, and list them by stage, tag or owner. - Count calls and texts over any dates, and see activity per team member. Follow up when you ask and confirm: - Send one text to one person from your business phone number. - Add or update a contact, add a note, create or complete a task, and add someone to a list or take them off. Limits: texts only go to your existing contacts and to people who have called or texted your business; up to 30 texts an hour and 100 a day per business, each a few sentences long; people who replied STOP are never texted. Every text appears in your Fast Response inbox, and every action is listed under Integrations in the app. The plugin does not place phone calls. Requires a Fast Response AI account (any plan). When you connect, you choose which of your businesses Claude can use, and you can disconnect at any time from Integrations in Fast Response.
