FennoraDesk Invoice Check compares the invoice rows you supply with your quote terms and credits, and reports exactly where they agree or differ. What it reports: - Row-by-row matches between invoice lines and quote lines, with evidence row IDs - Unit price and shipping differences (overcharges or undercharges) - Ambiguous or missing quote matches, kept visible instead of guessed - Credits applied, the expected total after credits, and whether the invoice total matches - Changes between an invoice and its revision How it works: give Claude your invoice, quote and credit rows (JSON, or CSV/XLSX rows in the documented fields) and ask it to check them. The tool is read-only. It does not read PDF files, connect to accounting systems or change any invoice. Sign in with a free FennoraDesk account (email or Google) to use it.
