Filex AI is an AI-powered file manager that automatically organizes, tags and summarizes your documents. This connector gives Claude secure access to your Filex AI workspace so you can manage your files by simply asking. What you can do: • Find files with natural-language search ("find my 2024 tax receipts") • Browse your folder structure and list the files inside any folder • Read file metadata and fetch file content for Claude to analyze or summarize • Upload new files and have Filex AI sort them into the right folders from a plain-language instruction ("put these in my Taxes folder") • Create folders, and move or rename files and folders Example prompts: • "Find the lease agreement I uploaded last year and summarize it." • "Move all my invoices from Downloads into an Invoices folder." • "Rename these files to match our naming convention." Requirements: a Filex AI account (free to sign up at filexai.com). You sign in with OAuth and approve access when connecting. The connector requests files:read and files:write scopes, only acts on your own account, and you can revoke access at any time from Filex AI's Connected Apps page. No tool permanently deletes data.
