Finito Pro is all-in-one software for trade and small businesses in Switzerland. It covers a job from end to end — enquiry, quote, project, scheduling, time tracking, work report, invoice and accounting — in one system, rather than spread across templates, spreadsheets and a folder of receipts. This connector lets Claude work with your own Finito data in plain language: - Find projects, tasks and customers by name, and see what is open, assigned to you, or overdue - Review booked time (Rapporte) for any date range with totals — your own, or the team's if your role allows it - Book hours by chat: "2.5 h on the kitchen refit yesterday from 1pm" - List invoices and offers, including which invoices are sent, unpaid and past their due date - Check which user and organisation Claude is acting as Access and permissions You connect with your normal Finito login, including two-factor if you use it — there is no API key to create or paste. Claude then acts as you and sees exactly what you see: if your role only shows your own time reports, that is all Claude can read. Two permissions are granted separately, and you can decline the second: - Read — projects, tasks, time reports, clients, invoices and offers - Book time — create time reports Seven of the eight tools are read-only. The only one that writes is time booking, and Claude shows you the exact entry and waits for your confirmation before it is created. No tool can create, send or delete an invoice, change a customer, or remove anything. You can disconnect at any time in the Finito web app under Profile → Connected AI apps, which ends access immediately. Changing your password disconnects every connected app. Finito Pro is available in nine languages and has been built by SM Tech GmbH Swiss in Winterthur since 2024.
