Read and search conversations from the WhatsApp Business number connected to your Fixei account. List contacts and conversations, summarize customer requests, and prepare individual text replies within the 24-hour customer service window. By default, review and approve each message in Fixei before sending. Owners may separately authorize an agent to send without per-message review, limited to 30 messages per hour per agent; this permission can be revoked at any time. Access is limited to the connected company and number and can be revoked. Requires a Fixei account and a WhatsApp Business number eligible for Meta's API. Personal WhatsApp accounts, groups, campaigns, templates and media sending are outside this connector's scope.
