FixForm

ClaudeCommunityby Fixform

FixForm is a facility management platform for teams that look after buildings. With this connector, you ask Claude what needs attention across your buildings and act on the answer in the same conversation, without clicking through screens. Stay on top of work orders: see what is overdue, unassigned or due this week, in one building or all of them. Create tasks with checklists, assign the right colleague and close work when it is done. Stay compliant: see which assets are not compliant and which inspections, maintenance or risk analyses fall due, then plan the work before a deadline is missed. Keep asset records up to date, from serial number to warranty and maintenance contract. Never miss an expiring document: find contracts, inspection reports and other files by type or expiry date, and set reminders before they lapse. Keep your portfolio organised: look up buildings by name or address, and set up floors, rooms and other spaces in one step. Try asking: “What is overdue in our Brussels office, and who is on it?” “Which assets need an inspection before March?” “Find the non-compliant fire extinguishers and create a task for each, assigned to our technician.” “Which maintenance contracts expire this quarter?” Claude acts as the signed-in user, with the same access and role in each building as in the FixForm app. Deleting a task, asset, space or file is permanent.
