Flexible Places is a platform for renting commercial spaces, stands and promotional locations. This connector lets a host or administrator ask Claude about their own activity, in plain language, using read-only tools. What you can ask: - What needs my action today (pending approvals, oldest unanswered requests, payments that failed or are in dispute, documents waiting to be sent or signed, check-ins and check-outs in the next 14 days). - How my spaces are doing (occupancy, locations with no bookings, revenue against budget, answer times). - Who am I connected as, and which tenant am I looking at. Every answer links back to the matching screen of the platform, where you decide and act. What it does not do: it never creates, changes, approves, pays or deletes anything. All eleven tools are read-only, and Claude only sees what your own role, plan and workspace already allow you to see in Flexible Places. It does not use or expose any other customer's data. To use it you need a Flexible Places account whose plan includes the AI assistant add-on and whose role grants it. You sign in with your own Flexible Places account and can revoke the connection at any time from your profile (Connected assistants).
