Floats is a recruitment platform for agency recruiters. Recruiters use it to turn CVs and job ads into polished candidate presentations ("Floats") and submissions, then send them to hiring managers and track the engagement. The Floats connector brings SOLA, the Floats recruiting assistant, into Claude, so you can work with your recruitment data in plain language: • Find and manage candidates: search your candidate pool, match candidates to a job, and update profiles, skills, roles and notes. • Import CVs: attach a CV and Floats runs its full import, building the profile with work history, projects, education and skills. It matches an existing candidate by email or creates a new one. • Build Floats and submissions: create candidate presentations, shortlists for your clients. • Turn job briefs into polished Job Ads that you can share with your candidates. • Draft and send outreach: SOLA prepares Float and Submission emails to your contacts. Nothing is sent until you confirm it, and then the email goes out from your connected mailbox. • Contacts, jobs and analytics: look up hiring managers, manage jobs, and ask questions about your pipeline and engagement. Every result links back to the record in Floats. You sign in with your Floats account, and the connector only acts on the data that account can access. Requires a Floats account with SOLA access.
