Flows puts an AI chat on your website. It answers your visitors from your own pages and information, like FAQs, services, opening hours, bookings and policies, and on a store it also helps shoppers find the right product and takes them to checkout. With the Flows connector, Claude sets it up and runs it for you: - Add your website and see what is left to set up. - Get the one line of code that puts the chat on your site, and check that it is live. In Claude Code, with your site's code open, Claude can add the line for you. - Shape the chat: its greeting, suggested questions, tone, instructions, design and logo. - Choose the pages it shows on, and the ones it stays away from, such as checkout. - Improve what it knows: keep your own information, like FAQs, delivery and returns, and size guides, in tables the chat answers from, and edit your products' descriptions, extra sections and buy links. - Ask how any Flows feature works, with a link to the docs. Changes save straight away and reach your live chat. Deleting anything, or letting your website's chat read a table, asks you to confirm first. The connector only works on the sites in your own Flows account.
