FMX EPOS is a till and online ordering system for restaurants, takeaways, cafés and bars. This connector links Claude to FMX Cloud, so owners and managers can ask about their venues in everyday language and make changes they approve. Ask about trading: - Sales reports by day, venue and order source, with the time each figure was last synced from the till - Orders, delivery platform orders (Just Eat, Uber Eats), refunds and caller ID records - Live venue status: tables, kitchen, printers and terminals - Menus, coupons, membership plans, staff, QR codes, website and online ordering settings Make changes you approve: - Edit a menu, review every change field by field, then publish it to the till - Mark dishes sold out, create and update coupons, set product images - Update shop details, order rules, tips, staff, membership plans, platform item mappings and website settings Every write tool is marked as such, so Claude asks before it runs. Changes made through the connector go through the same checks and audit list as the FMX Cloud back office, and the venue confirms when each change has been applied. You stay in control: when you connect, you choose which venues Claude can see and whether each area is read-only or editable. Customer names and contact details stay hidden unless you allow them. You can review, narrow or end a connection at any time from Account → AI Connections in FMX Cloud. Requires an FMX Cloud account (owner, store manager or administrator). The connector is included with the FMX Cloud subscription at no extra cost.
