FollowClose helps founders and sales teams turn sales conversations into structured, personalized follow-up sequences. With the FollowClose MCP server, Claude can work directly with your follow-up workflow. Give it a sales call transcript, notes, or conversation context and create a 5-email sequence based on what was actually discussed, including objections, priorities, timelines, and next steps. From Claude, you can retrieve a sequence, check which follow-ups are due, update individual steps, regenerate emails, mark follow-ups as sent, skipped, or pending, and export sequence data. FollowClose keeps the operational side of follow-up organized while Claude becomes a natural interface for working with it. The main FollowClose app also supports scheduling, Gmail and Outlook workflows, Fathom and Zoom imports, reminders, and—on Rainmaker—Autopilot sending with reply detection and automatic sequence pausing. Instead of using Claude only to write an email, FollowClose gives it a structured follow-up system to work with. Requires a FollowClose Closer or Rainmaker subscription.
