Use Formstep when you need information from someone: their details, a document, a signature or a decision.
Describe what you need and Claude builds the form, or use one you already have. Claude then creates a request for one named recipient, with their own link, answers you already know filled in, and locked fields they shouldn't change. For forms anyone may answer, it can create a public share link instead.
The recipient opens the link and needs no account. Their answers save as they go, and the form appears under your logo and colors, in their language. Formstep can email the link and send reminders until they finish.
Ask Claude at any time who has answered, send a reminder, cancel a request or read the submissions. Answers come back under field keys that stay the same, so a later step can rely on them.
You sign in with your Formstep account and choose one workspace. The connection can reach only that workspace, and you can revoke it at any time from Connected apps & API Keys. Tools that send something or replace stored data are marked for confirmation.
