ClaudeCommunityby Ilya Strelov

freehire is an open-source aggregator of tech job postings. It collects roles from applicant tracking systems and company career sites, normalises them into one schema, removes duplicates across sources, and makes them searchable from Claude. What you can ask: - Which jobs are open — by technology, seniority, location, remote or hybrid, salary, visa sponsorship, employment type or employer. - What one posting actually says: the full description, its stated requirements (required vs preferred), and which applicant tracking system handles applications. - What the employer's application form will ask for before you start, captured from the ATS itself rather than guessed. - Whether a posting still looks live: when it was last seen open, how long it has been listed, whether its date was refreshed, and any observed signs it is not being filled. - Which companies are hiring, and how many roles each has open right now. Every result names the job board it came from and links to the employer's own posting where the source publishes one, so the original listing is always one click away. All tools are read-only and anonymous: no account, nothing stored about the person asking, and the server cannot apply, save jobs or change anything. A filter value the catalogue does not recognise is dropped and named back, so an answer is never quietly narrower than it looks
