Freight Right

Get freight prices and shipment answers in the assistant you already use. Freight Right connects your account so you can price a lane, ask our team for a quote, and check on your shipments in plain language. What you can do: - Get instant rates for ocean FCL and LCL, air, and LTL trucking within and between the US and Canada. Offers come back cheapest first, with carrier, total, estimated transit time, what is not included, and how long the price is valid. - Request a quote from the Freight Right pricing team for anything that needs a person: full truckload, Mexico trucking, unusual cargo, or a lane with no instant price. Preview exactly what will be sent before you send it. You get a confirmation email and can check the answer later from the chat. - Track shipments by any reference you have: Freight Right reference, house or master bill of lading, container number, purchase order, or your own reference. See milestones, ETAs, legs and containers, and ask what arrives this week. - Prepare a booking. The assistant never books on its own. It hands you a link to a Freight Right page where you review the offer and click to request the booking. Freight Right then confirms it. How it works: add the connector, sign in with your Freight Right account, and approve what the assistant may do. No API key. Disconnect any time from Profile, Connected assistants. Good to know: each instant price check uses one unit of your account's monthly allowance. Your assistant sees your conversation, Freight Right does not. The connector does not log what you asked or what came back. Requires a Freight Right (Shipment Manager) account.
