GASP Standard
GASP (Generally Accepted SaaS Principles) is an open standard for SaaS metrics: 306 metrics across 13 departments, each with a definition, a formula in one tested grammar, benchmarks, common mistakes and the data it needs. This connector gives Claude the whole standard and the tooling around it. Ask what a metric means and how it is computed, and Claude answers from the canonical definition with a link to the page: Net Revenue Retention, CAC Payback, Magic Number, Rule of 40 and the rest, including the operating and market forms the standard keeps apart. Ask for the SQL and Claude generates it for Postgres, Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift or Databricks. Ask which metrics drive another and Claude walks the relationship graph. Paste a warehouse schema and Claude profiles it, proposes a mapping onto the standard's 53 datasets and 274 fields, records the decisions people make, derives the revenue event ledger from your subscription, invoice or usage tables, generates readiness checks as SQL and reports which readiness level your data has reached and what blocks the next. Paste your own metric definitions and Claude scores how far each drifts from the canonical one and explains the cause. Every tool reads a public standard and writes nothing. No account, no sign-in, nothing stored. The standard, the formulas and the export to Apache Ossie are published under an open licence at gaspwiki.com and github.com/GASP-Standard/standard.
