Gather Shot helps you collect guests’ photos and videos in one shared event gallery. Use Claude to set up and update photo sharing for weddings, family reunions, corporate events, conferences, parties, and team-building activities. Guests contribute through a link or QR code, with no app download required. With Gather Shot connected, you can: • Create an event or edit an existing one, including its name, location, date, time, and timezone. Leave the date explicitly undecided when plans are still taking shape. • Customize the welcome message, gallery colors, and QR code appearance. • Configure when uploads open and close, gallery visibility, automatic approval or review-first moderation, guest downloads, and guest-name settings. • Set up photo scavenger hunts with custom prompts and timing for wedding guests, reunion activities, or corporate team building. • Get the event’s guest link, QR code, and a direct link to manage it in Gather Shot. • Check uploaded-media totals, pending and approved items, and contributor counts. • Find out whether an event is configured and whether guests can upload now, later, or not yet. Connect your Gather Shot account and choose the account Claude can access. Event creation and changes require confirmation. Guests upload through Gather Shot, not through this connector.
