GetPax is the CRM for restaurants and venues that sell private hire and group events. This connector gives Claude secure access to your GetPax account, with your own permissions: it only sees the venues and menus you can access in the app. Read your business data - Search contacts and companies - Browse leads and opportunities, with date ranges and full details including quotes and invoices - Get a pipeline summary by stage, with amounts - Track payments, including overdue balances - Check the agenda and blocked dates, or check whether a specific date is available - List open tasks and browse spaces, packages and products Update with your approval Create or update contacts and companies, update leads and opportunities, create and complete tasks, and adjust calendar events. Every change is a two-step operation: Claude shows a before/after preview, and nothing is written until you explicitly confirm. Draft emails, never send them Claude can prepare an email draft that opens in the GetPax composer for you to review and send yourself. Safe by design - No email sending, payment collection or deletion is possible through this connector. - Sign-in uses OAuth. - Notes and messages written by clients are treated as data, never as instructions.
