Green Weka captures your mobile phone calls and emails, turns them into summaries, transcripts and action items, and pushes those action items into the tools you already run your business on. You keep your own mobile number and your own telco; callers still see your normal number. Connect Green Weka to Claude and your mobile calls, emails, contacts and action items become something you can simply ask about: “What calls did I have yesterday?” “What did Brendan say about his invoice?” “Prep me for my call with Shona.” “What’s still open from last week?” Allow actions when you connect, and Claude can also do the work: add, update and complete action items; send and reply to email from your own connected Gmail or Outlook mailbox; and push action items into Fergus, HubSpot, Asana, Todoist, Microsoft To Do, Microsoft Planner or OneNote. Claude always shows you what it is about to do before it does it. What Claude can read: call summaries and transcripts, email summaries and content, contacts and their recent history, your open and completed action items, your recent activity, and Green Weka’s NZ Building Code knowledge base. Full transcripts are only sent when you ask for them. What Claude can do, if you allow it: create, update and complete action items; send and reply to email from your mailbox; push action items into your connected tools. Privacy: Green Weka only answers requests you make in Claude. We send text, never audio. You can disconnect at any time from Claude’s connector settings or from your Green Weka dashboard, and access stops immediately. We log the time and type of each request, not its content.
