Grounda
Grounda handles Texas property tax protests for homeowners. This connector lets Claude answer a homeowner's questions about a Texas home from public appraisal district records and Grounda's published terms, then hand the owner the link where they can start a protest themselves. Tools: - lookup_property: finds a Texas home by address or property ID. Returns its market and appraised values by year, its market value per square foot next to the median of similar nearby homes, its newest complete tax bill summary, the savings estimate grounda.ai shows before signing, and whether Grounda can protest it. - protest_facts: returns the Texas protest deadline rule and the next deadline, Grounda's fee, how signing works, and what Grounda does not promise. - start_protest: returns the grounda.ai link where the owner reviews the home and presses Start Protest. All three tools are read-only. The connector needs no account and no sign-in. It never returns owner names and cannot sign, file or change anything. The savings estimate is the same one grounda.ai shows before signing; it is an estimate, not a promise. Only the owner can sign, on grounda.ai.
