Groundtruth is a wiki built for people and AI agents. Connect it and Claude can answer questions about your company (policies, processes, decisions, customers, contracts) with numbered citations to the pages, decisions and records it used, and say so when your workspace doesn't have the answer. Claude can also keep that knowledge current. With your approval it can create or update pages, add notes to a runbook, log a decision with its reasoning, update records such as customers or vendors, log customer interactions, and move or comment on cards on your team's board. Every change is attributed to the connection, labelled as an agent edit, marked for review by the page owner, and can be rolled back from the page history. Groundtruth's Agent Store adds agents that track contract cancel-by dates, score churn risk from customer interactions and flag stale pages; Claude can list their alerts, run them and resolve alerts. Answers to Claude come back as cited sources, so no AI model runs on Groundtruth's side and nothing is billed to you per question. Each connection is limited to the one workspace you choose when you sign in.
