Hapibit Shepherd helps church and small-group leaders review their roster and keep a record of visits and care. Connect your Hapibit account to see your Shepherd groups, leaders, accessible people and care history. Search by person, date range or follow-up status, and view active or archived roster entries. When you ask to save a new care record, Shepherd uses the selected person’s existing roster entry and your signed-in identity. Provide the visit date, type of care, notes and follow-up details. Leaders see their permitted people and records; group administrators can see group-wide data. The connector provides reading and new care records. Use the Shepherd app to add or edit people, correct or delete records, or manage group membership and settings. A Hapibit account and membership in a Shepherd group are required. There are no payments or purchases.
