HarborRank is a hosted SEO platform that treats AI agents as first-class users. Every research workflow in the app is also a tool on this MCP server, so Claude can run it in a conversation: keyword metrics with volume, difficulty, intent and trends; live Google organic and local results; a competitor's ranking keywords and organic footprint; backlink overviews; the latest rank-tracker positions; a crawl-based site audit; local business prospecting with one-page lead teardowns; and read-only Google Search Console performance and URL inspection. The app adds what agents cannot do alone: scheduled rank checks, saved keyword lists with tags, site audits with optional Lighthouse runs, and AI visibility reports that show where ChatGPT (US English) and Google AI Overviews mention a brand and which pages they cite. A HarborRank account is required. The Free plan needs no card and includes 1,000 credits a month, one project, and Search Console. Paid plans start at $29 a month with 15,000 credits and add backlinks, lead research, Lighthouse and scheduled rank checks. Search Console tools use no credits; research tools use plan credits, and each tool states its cost before it runs. Rank checks are started from the app, not over MCP. Data comes from DataForSEO and, when connected, from the user's own Search Console property.
