Hazelchat answers visitors on your website from the pages, documents and answers you approved, and shows the sources under every answer. This connector lets you look after that agent from Claude. Ask what visitors wanted to know this week, which questions your agent could not answer, how many enquiries came in, or how your saved draft answers a question. When something is missing, Claude can add a text snippet or a Q&A to your draft. Nothing goes live until you review and publish it in Hazelchat; publication review marks every answer that came through an assistant. What it cannot do: publish, switch your agent on or off, change settings, websites or billing, edit or delete anything, or read another workspace. Claude asks you before it runs a test question or adds an answer. Privacy: visitor text arrives with email addresses and phone numbers removed. Enquiry names and email addresses are shared only if you allow it when you connect and visitor details are on in Hazelchat. Each connection works with one workspace, and you can disconnect it at any time under Settings, AI assistants, where every tool call is listed.
