HealthAPI
HealthAPI connects your AI assistant to the Apple Health data you sync from your iPhone, so you can ask about it in plain language. Ask how you slept last night, how this week compares with last week, whether your resting heart rate is trending down, or how your last few runs went. The answers come from your own data: sleep by night with core, deep and REM, steps, distance and energy, heart rate, resting heart rate and HRV, blood oxygen, respiratory rate, weight, VO2 max, workouts and more, all in your own timezone. How it works: 1. Install HealthAPI on your iPhone and let it sync Apple Health. 2. Add the connector and sign in. You approve the connection in the HealthAPI app on your phone. There is no password to type. 3. Ask a question. Your data is read when the assistant calls a HealthAPI tool to answer it, never in the background. Read only and in your control: - Every tool is read only. The connector can't change or delete anything. - Each connection is approved on your iPhone, and you can disconnect it in the HealthAPI app at any time. - HealthAPI sees which tool was called, never your conversation. Requirements: an iPhone with the HealthAPI app and a HealthAPI subscription. Each tool call counts toward your plan's daily request limit (100 a day on Pro, 1,000 on Developer). HealthAPI shows you your own data. It is not a medical device and does not give medical advice.
