Heapso
Heapso is a planning tool for teachers, made in New Zealand. Connect it to work with your Heapso plans in Claude. Search your lessons, units, worksheets, slide decks and week planners, and open any of them to summarise, adapt or check against your notes. Ask Claude to draft a new plan and it uses Heapso's own format, shows you the draft, and saves it to your account as a private plan once you agree. Claude can also update an existing plan after you've approved the change; Heapso keeps the earlier version, and if the plan changed in the meantime the update is refused so you can review it again. Planning for NCEA? Claude can look up achievement and unit standards by subject, level, credits and internal or external assessment, with links to each standard on the NZQA website, and turn a standard into a unit, lesson or revision worksheet you can save to Heapso. It can also check the learning areas, strands and phases of Te Mātaiaho, the New Zealand Curriculum. Heapso isn't part of NZQA or the Ministry of Education. Claude can also read the class timetable you've imported into Heapso, so you can plan around your actual week, and give dated guidance on which New Zealand qualification (NCEA, NZCE or NZACE) a senior cohort will sit, with links to the official sources. You need a Heapso account. The connection can't delete, share or publish plans, and has no access to billing, school administration or student records. It's for teachers, not students. Disconnect at any time in Heapso under Your AI connections.
