Connect Claude to Hey Customer, the CRM and help desk for small businesses. Ask questions about your customers and Claude looks up the answer in your own records: accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, support tickets, and the notes your team has left on them. Search across everything at once, or filter lists by who a record is assigned to, by account, or by status. For example, "Which of my opportunities are still open?", "What tickets has Acme opened this month?", or "Catch me up on the notes for this lead." Every record Claude finds links back to its page in Hey Customer. The connector is read-only. Claude can't create, change, or delete anything. You sign in with your Hey Customer account and choose an organization, and Claude sees exactly what you'd see in the web app, with the same permissions.
