HeyQuad is a business phone system with a shared email inbox, texting, an AI receptionist and a CRM. This connector lets Claude work your HeyQuad account as you, with your own HeyQuad role and permissions, in the one organization you choose when you connect. Owners and admins setting HeyQuad up: use the separate HeyQuad Admin connector. Ask in plain words. Claude can: - Tell you what needs your attention today: email waiting for a reply, missed calls nobody has returned, unheard voicemail, tasks and follow-ups due, and today's appointments. - Find anyone or anything by name, phone number or email: contacts, companies, tickets, email, texts and calls. - Work the shared inbox: scan what needs a reply, read threads and attachments, write replies and new emails as drafts, file conversations, and add internal notes. - Read call history, call transcripts and summaries, missed calls and voicemail transcripts, see who is on a call now, and start a call that rings your own phone first. - Read text conversations and write texts as drafts. - Read and update CRM contacts, companies, properties, tickets and deals in your organization's own record types and fields. - Check open times and ask to book, move or cancel appointments. - Change your own availability, do not disturb and call forwarding. - Read call, queue, team and AI receptionist reports. Safeguards: it never sends email or texts. Every message it writes is a draft that a person reviews and sends in HeyQuad. Booking, moving or cancelling appointments and merging contacts wait on HeyQuad's Approvals list for a person to approve. Call recordings are never shared, and likely secrets in email are redacted. Live changes return an undo, and every action is recorded in HeyQuad's audit log with the app's name. Requires a HeyQuad account. An owner or admin turns on AI apps for the organization first.
