Job seekers can search remote jobs by role, country, seniority, salary and benefits, research companies and salary benchmarks, get new matches for their profile, tailor a resume and cover letter to a job, get the employer's application link, keep their application tracker current, practise interviews, build their profile from LinkedIn or a resume, and reply to messages from companies.
Employers can post remote jobs with screening questions, keep listings current, update their company profile, perks and tech stack, and search and message candidates.
Job, company and salary search work without an account. Profile, tracker and employer tools use the person's Himalayas account through OAuth, so Claude never sees their password. A message to a candidate or company is shown as a preview first and is only sent after the person approves that exact text. Applications, payments and ID checks always happen in the person's own browser.
