Hooky is a live chat for websites: a chat bubble visitors use without an account, an inbox where you answer them, notification channels for your own tools, and simple event stats. With this connector, Claude works with your Hooky account directly. Ask Claude things like: - "What did visitors ask on my sites today? Draft replies for me." - "Reply to Vera that her order ships tomorrow." (Claude shows you the reply first.) - "Add live chat to my new site atelier.com and give me the install line." - "Search my notifications for last week's failed payments." - "How many sign-ups did my shop get this month?" What Claude can do: - Sites: list your websites, add one, change its name, color, position, welcome message or allowed addresses, and get the one-line install tag for the chat bubble. - Conversations: read the inbox and a conversation's messages, and send a reply to a visitor. Replies reach a real visitor, signed with your name, so Claude asks for your OK first. - Channels: read and search the notifications your tools post to each site (orders, sign-ups, deploys). - Stats: event counts, totals and daily series over 7, 30 or 90 days. Reading never marks anything as read. You connect with your Hooky account (or create one, free for one site) and pick which account Claude can use; owners and admins can remove the access at any time from the Developers page.
