Hoot Lens records how real visitors use your website (clicks, scrolling, page views and replays) and gives Claude the evidence, so you can find what is frustrating people and check whether a fix helped. Ask Claude things like “What changed on my site this week?”, “Where do mobile visitors get stuck on the pricing page?” or “Did yesterday’s change help?” and it answers from recorded behavior, citing visits and sample sizes. What Claude can do with Hoot Lens: - Review snags: pile-ups (rapid repeated clicks), no-shows (clicks that did nothing) and misfires (clicks followed by an error), ranked by page and device. - Read any visit as a short, timed story, or open the full replay. - Read heatmaps, traffic sources, goals and funnels. - See JavaScript errors linked to the click before them, and to your source file and line when source maps are uploaded. - Log a change you shipped, then compare before and after with “Did it help?”. - Get a weekly summary of what moved. Privacy is built in: passwords, payment fields and one-time codes are never recorded, form values stay masked, and each site chooses full, balanced or strict capture.
