JCCDB covers Japan: 95,403 line items plus dated observations such as MLIT design labor rates, regional material prices, public-works unit prices and cost indexes. USCCDB, the United States Construction Cost Database, covers Davis-Bacon prevailing wages, BLS wages, building permits, cost indexes, area factors and state DOT bid prices. For the United States it also estimates prices along the distribution chain for construction materials and chemicals, from landed import cost to wholesale, retail and contractor, computed on request with the formula and sources on every row; computed values are marked computed:true. Public-works prices, statistics and estimates are reference data, not renovation quotes.
