Hosperly is a property management system for short-term rental and hotel hosts, with a built-in channel manager for Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, and more. This connector lets you run your day-to-day work from a Claude conversation. Ask Claude to: - Check bookings by status or date, and see nightly availability and rates. - Open or close dates, and add private calendar notes. - Set an exact nightly rate, apply a percent or fixed markup, and set minimum stay, maximum stay and arrival/departure restrictions over any date range. - Set one rate across all units of a room type. - Preview the fully resolved price for a date, including rules, fees, taxes, and each connected channel. - Manage per-channel price uplifts and custom prices for one channel on one property. - Create and edit calendar pricing rules and booking-time discounts. - Manage fees and taxes. Changes apply to every connected sales channel. Claude can preview availability and rate changes as a dry run before anything is written, and every change appears in your Hosperly change log as an entry from this connection. You choose what Claude may do: read-only access (properties, bookings, rates) or read and write. Access is limited to your own Hosperly account and can be revoked at any time from the Connected apps list in your Hosperly dashboard settings.
