Hostbase is an agentic property management system for hotels, serviced apartments and short-term rental operators. The Hostbase connector brings your live property data into Claude, so you can ask about your business in plain language and act on the answer. Look up arrivals, departures and who is in house; check which rooms are free for any dates; get a quote from the Hostbase pricing engine with the direct and per-channel price; review occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, revenue and net payout for any period, broken down by channel, room type or month; see guest reviews; and check refunds and the cash settlement ledger. Guest conversations are not available through the connector. Organization admins can also connect with read & write access, letting Claude create direct bookings, change dates, guest details or rates on a booking, move a guest to another room, cancel a booking, and block or unblock rooms. Every change is previewed first, re-checked against the live calendar, and carried out only after you approve it. Changes are pushed to your connected channels automatically. The connector runs with your own Hostbase role and permissions and is locked to your organization. Your organization's admin decides whether it is off, read-only or read & write. Admins choose read-only or read & write when they connect; managers, front desk staff and property owners always connect read-only. Connections can be revoked at any time in Hostbase → Settings → AI Connectors. Requires a Hostbase account with an email and password, and the connector enabled by your organization's admin.
